We had a water line freeze and burst dumping many gallons of water throughout our home from the top floor to the basement. The plumber we hired to make the repair recommended that we call 1-800-Water Damage and we are so glad he did. They came to our home immediately and got started moving what they needed to move and setting up their equipment to save hardwood flooring, drywall, insulation, carpeting, etc. **** *** **** were in and out of our home for weeks as they continued doing what was necessary to complete the drying process and they were always professional, thorough and friendly. They did a fantastic job and before it was over, they felt like family. We would highly recommend them for any water damage you may have in your home. Call them, you won't regret it!

After using a service out of Roanoke that 'remediated' the mold and mildew problem, it came back in late 2011. I called in 1-800-Water Damage. Not only did they find the problem (the first firm missed) but also located another source of the issue which was a badly sealed outside vent in the gable (replaced and 'sealed' by the first firm). The rooms we worked in were encapsulated, with plastic barriers and air pumps to the outside. We removed all (at my request) the drywall against one side of the house to expose all the potential sources. After all the mold and mildew was removed, the contractor came in to fix the outside (removing some siding and replacing it ) as well as repairing the inside. Before the drywall went back on, 1-800 Water Damage monitored the conditions to confirm that the water leak causing the mold and mildew had been remediated. It had not! The contractor had to remove and replace some finished work and again it was evaluated by 1-800 Water Damage, confirming that the problem was fixed. Then we had the drywall put on. If not for 1-800 Water Damage, I would probably still have a problem. They are not satisfied until every problem is addressed and fixed. They were well trained, have the latest equipment and are VERY professional. I give them my highest recommendation. They are an outfit of skill, quality and integrity. They will do a superior job and are not satisfied with mediocre answers to your problems.

We had a really bad mess several months ago and this company was recommended to us by a plumber. It was a scary ordeal dealing with insurance companies.The whole process was done professionally and quickly with guidance and assurance throughout. **** ********* **** ***** and all the employees are top notch and great to work with. As a side note,our son is very Autistic and frightens easily.Some parts of the restoration are noisy and disrupted his routine but D*** and company were incredibly respectful and kind.These are wonderful people as well as excellent at their water restoration and clean-up.

I had a slow refrigerator water leak on a hardwood floor. After the repairman fixed the leak I thought the water would dry and the buckling in the wood floor would recede. However, the buckling continued and I realized there was considerable water that had leaked into the wood floor. I called 1-800 Water Damage, www.1800waterdamage.com, in Christiansburg/Blacksburg, Virginia. They came right away, assessed the situation, offered options and were able to start immediately on resolving the problem. The technique they used to pull out the water from the floor is high tech and quite amazing. After six days, the wood floor buckling had receded, water was gone, and I did not have to have the wood floor replaced. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, work ethic, honesty and dependability of this business and am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

1-800-Water Damage performed all the services necessary to move from a damaged basement floor to complete restoration. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. I recommend them highly.

1-800-Water Damage were fantastic. We found a water leak and they were there on Sunday. It was pretty impressive. They worked from September 1 to October 1. They were incredibly kind and really responsive. They were very professional and the quality of work very impressive. They actually seemed to care about us as clients and not just 'another job'. I can't stress enough how great they were. I would tell people that you can feel completely safe about hiring this company. They are very trustworthy, very responsive, very professional and very polite. They are very quick in their work and just overall darn nice people!
